BEAUTY UPDATE//Alright so....

So upon researching even more thoroughly on the makeup ingredients that I was interested to invest in, I found out that the ingredient component, BHT, is very very harmful and toxic to the skin. I read a whole article (and several others lol) about it and I can safely say, I won't be getting the Covergirl Smoothers BB Cream/Tinted Moisturizer because it contained BHT and other pretty harmful ingredients that I wasn't willing to risk putting on my face. You can imagine my disappointment. I really wanted to buy it! and the price! only a whopping $7 or $8 USD at the most! That's really cheap compared to Asian BB creams or other foundations. So I surfed the net even more (I looked through NARS Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturizer, Neutrogena, Benefit You Rebel Lite, No7, etc. etc. I literally looked through almost every imaginable tinted moisturizer, high end and drugstore) and finally decided to place my bet on Drew Barrymore's Flower Beauty Cosmetics line. Let me tell you, it was really hard to look through all of the products each and every individual ingredients list. But hey, I'm not taking any sort of gamble here. So when I came back to the Flower Beauty line, I was pretty thrilled when the company stated to be cruelty free and safe.

I plan to head over to Walmart sometime maybe next week or so...

I never really liked Walmart...

But for the sake of getting those makeup brands (they only sell Drew Barrymore's makeup line in Walmart, dang it. Wished she retailed it in places like Target or someplace. But oh well, at least they're "high-end" with "affordable" prices. Can't complain), I will go to Walmart. *bravely marches onward* lol

You have no idea how anxious I'm hoping these products will work for me.

So far I'm really set on wanting to get the About Face Foundation (with or without primer I'm not exactly sure yet) and their tinted moisturizer. I did debate over their BB Cream but with the small amount of reviews out there it seemed like it suited oily skin better and probably wouldn't work so well for drier skin types considering it was of a pretty thick consistency. Their tinted moisturizer hasn't got any review at all yet so I'm a bit scared to be fishing out cash for this "un-reviewed" item. But when I do get it, and if it doesn't break me out, hopefully, I will be able to make a review on the two products and spread the word :) The foundation seems to be getting a lot of positive reviews/feedback so I'll definitely be getting that.

Face the World Tinted Moisturizer

So hopefully those two will work out well for me. I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

Till next time everyone~! *waves*
